Welcome to the Fit4College Blog!

Welcome to the blog that is about getting and staying fit and healthy while in college! I am a fitness instructor, author of the book "Fighting the Freshman Fifteen: How to Lose Weight In College or Better Yet Never Put It On" and all around fitness fanatic. I wrote "Fighting the Freshman Fifteen" while I was a sophomore at the University of Washington and this blog is one of the ways I want to pass on some of my fitness knowledge to anyone who is in school trying to find the time and energy to workout. This blog will feature news and information on the fitness industry, workouts, exercise equipment and much more stuff that I think is interesting you busy college students looking to get or stay in shape!
